A little bit about me...


I am a single mom to a 15-year-old daughter with a beautiful soul and a strong will. As an advocate of gentle parenting and mindful parenting, I strive to foster nurturing relationships  with her during these formative teenage years.


I am an educator with over twenty years of experience in teaching middle school. In my posts, I share parenting guidance drawn from personal experiences and reliable research-based sources on topics that lie close to any parent's heart.
